At its simplest, CBT Addresses the relationship between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
In sessions we will identify difficulties that are causing you distress. These problems will be reconfigured into goals. We will create smaller steps to help you reach those goals.
In our work we will address negative thoughts that hinder you and transform them into positive beliefs that ensure you reach your objectives. The overall goal is to stop self-defeating thoughts, feelings and behaviors, so that you can cultivate productive behavior and embrace wellbeing.
